Hi, I’m Sara Dallat

A Psychotherapist and Wellness professional dedicated to helping people rediscover balance, clarity, and inner awareness.

I created The Haelan Space as an accessible and inclusive place for care and community and it continues to grow.

How Can We Support you?

Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. At The Hælan Space, we offer a range of approaches so you can find what feels right . Whether that’s talking, moving, creating, or simply being in community with others. All of our services are trauma-informed, inclusive, and rooted in genuine care.

Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is sit with someone who truly listens. Offering one-to-one and Small group support for a wide range of experiences — including Perinatal and Maternal Mental Health, Childhood trauma and experiences, grief, identity, and relationship difficulties. I work integratively, meaning we can draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are, rather than fitting you into a single model. Sessions are available in person in Newry and Online, with Sliding Scale pricing so cost is less of a barrier to getting support.

Corporate or Group Workshops & Wellness Programmes

Workplaces are not separate from life — and the people in them deserve support too. We offer bespoke wellness programmes and workshops for organisations of all sizes, designed to genuinely move the needle on staff wellbeing rather than tick a box. Sessions can include stress management, emotional resilience, mindfulness, somatic movement, and group reflection — all delivered by qualified practitioners. Whether you’re looking for a one-off staff event or an ongoing wellbeing partnership, we’ll work with you to design something that fits your team and your culture.

Yoga, Auricular Acupressure and Somatic Psychotherapy (Coming soon)

The body holds what the mind sometimes can’t put into words. Our somatic and movement-based offerings help you reconnect with yourself from the inside out, gently, at your own pace. Yoga and somatic movement sessions are designed to be accessible to all bodies and all abilities, with no previous experience needed. Auricular therapy (also known as ear acupressure) uses small, painless seeds placed on specific points of the ear to support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing. These modalities work beautifully alongside talking therapy — or entirely on their own.

Group /Community

There is something quietly transformative about realising you are not alone. Our therapeutic groups bring together small numbers of people who share similar experiences, offering a space to be witnessed, to witness others, and to grow together. Groups are carefully held by one of our experienced therapists and run as closed cohorts, meaning the same people meet week to week, building trust over time. Current and upcoming groups cover themes including Baby Loss, trauma recovery, and life transitions — get in touch to find out what’s available. Our Creative workshops also run regularly. Healing can happen through making. Our creative community offering brings people together through art, movement, writing, and other creative practices — not to produce anything polished, but to explore, express, and connect. These sessions are open to everyone, no creative experience required. They’re a gentle way to step through the door if formal therapy feels like too big a leap right now, or simply a space to be nourished alongside others. Watch this space for upcoming events, workshops, and community gatherings.
